THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C. (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER US TERRITORIES) ONLY, WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW AND AMERICAN ENGLISH. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED.

Official Rules: My Love Wedding Ring "My Love in Love Engagement Ring Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes")

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

  1. The "Sweepstakes Period" is from 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (ET), February 1st, 2011 ("Game-Start") to 11:59:59 pm ET, March 10th, 2011 ("Game-End"). Sponsor's computer clock governs time.
  2. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. (Void where prohibited by law). All individuals who are legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in the State in which they reside are eligible to enter except employees, officers or directors of MyLoveWeddingRing.com and any entities involved in the creation, development, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, their immediate families (defined as parents, child/children, sibling(s), spouse of such persons, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household as such employees/officers/directors (whether related or not).
  3. How to Enter: Individuals who have access to the World Wide Web on the Internet and are the authorized users of an Internet email address may enter online. Simply complete the entry form found by following the instructions at www.myloveweddingring.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period. "Authorized user" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. Online entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer device and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. All discovered entries made in violation of these Official Rules will be deleted.
  4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be selected on or about ten (10) days after Game-End and will be notified within five (5) days after the selection is made via email and /or phone at Sponsor's sole discretion. It is an entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email address/phone number current. It is a potential winner's responsibility to respond to an email/phone message notification within three (3) business days of email/phone call send-time. Failure to do so will indicate definitively that the prize has been declined for all time and another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Sponsor is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification.
  5. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner authorizes Sponsor to announce and publish (and/or otherwise use for purposes of advertising/trade/promotion) his/her name, address (city, state), photograph or likeness without additional compensation or notification.
  6. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by Sponsor, even if it affects ability to enter this sweepstakes. Sponsor is also not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed, illegible entries or postage due mail. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from all eligible on-line entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In such event, notice will be posted at www.myloveweddingring.com. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes or the web site or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. YOUR PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEB SITE IS SUBJECT TO THE MYLOVEWEDDINGRING.COM PRIVACY POLICY; IF YOU DO NOT FULLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEB SITE OR ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ON-LINE.
  7. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
  8. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason.
  9. By entering this sweepstakes, you explicitly agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all "costs" and "experts' fees", which you now have or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, a winner waives a) the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, or 2) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto) and 3) acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize. The right to receive the prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, transfer, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value. Proof of entering is not proof of entry receipt.
  10. By entering, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, action and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Providence County, Rhode Island. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' or experts' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation, or exclusion, of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
  11. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, local or agency law, regulation or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state, local or agency law, regulation or ordinance, or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes any and/or all entries from entrants residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to any of the Sweepstakes entrants. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All taxes are winner's responsibility and a 2010 Form #1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize winner.
  12. For a Winners List: The name of the winner may be obtained by e-mail sent to info@myloveweddingring.com, Or, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winners – My Love Group Corporation "My Love in Love Sweepstakes," 62 West 47th Street Suite 510A, New York, NY10036, to be received by April 15, 2011. You cannot enter the Sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.
