International Shipping Restrictions:
- Customs processes, import duties and sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for information.
- The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of any Returns or Exchanges.
- If an order is returned to us as Undeliverable by the carrier, or a package is refused to accept by the recipient for any reason, we reserve the right to charge the returning shipping charges and any taxes, duties, or customs fees if they are applied.

Next Day Shipping: you may upgrade the shipping method at checkout for $9.50
Saturday Delivery: if you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, you may upgrade the shipping method at checkout for $20.00.

Signature Requirements for Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package. Signature required upon delivery by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, regardless of any waivers you have from them. Please arrange for an eligible recipient to be available to sign for the package. My Love Wedding Ring items are shipped either from our Jewelry Studio in New York City or Amazon fulfillment center in Kentucky. Accordingly shipments made to all counties within New York State and Kentucky State is subjected to sales tax.
International shipments may be subjected to Customs fees, Duties and taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by customer to insure delivery.
At My Love Wedding Ring, one of our missions is to deliver your order as quick and efficient as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. According to our 60-Day Return and Exchange Policy, you can simply return the item to us if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if delivery delays due to carrier delays, incorrect shipping address, or inclement weather conditions. They are beyond our control, and sincerely hope you understand.
