If your ring does not fit, or you don’t know what the exact ring size you should order, we are happy to offer you a free ring resizing service within 45 days from the date of shipping. After 45 days, we are glad to provide a lifetime resizing service with no charge or at only a minimal cost, depending on the metal and initial size. To determine whether any charges may be involved, please read the resizing charge chart below.
Please keep it in mind, some ring may not be resizable. For example, eternity band cannot be resized due to the design and setting. How to read the chart? For example, if your ring is set in 18k gold in size 7 and now need to resize it to a size 8.5, the change would be $50 (to make a ring larger between 1 and 2 sizes).
