At My Love Wedding Ring, we take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality, excellence and Love. We are dedicated to provide you the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 45 days from the date of shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must return item in its original, unused condition. We will inspect your return upon receipt. If the item has been worn, re-sized, engraved or altered in any way, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange. We will return the item to you at your expense.
All "Free Gift(s)" received with purchase must be returned with items which are to be refunded. Refund will not be processed on items which are not returned with the Free Gift.
How to Return an Item
- Call our Customer Service at 1-212-997-2528 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAN number. Write this code on the outside of the package you are returning.
- To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must include accompanying materials, including the packing slip, return form, warranty materials, certificate of authenticity card and diamond certificates (a $150 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). If a free promotion gift is included, it must be returned. Then please pack the item in a protective package. For security reasons, DO NOT write "My Love Wedding Ring", "Jewelry", "Diamonds" or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.

We advise that the package should be insured for its full value with a signature delivery confirmation. My Love Wedding Ring is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. For your own protection, please save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.
Once we receive your return, our gemologists will inspect and verify the condition of the items. After approving the authenticity, we will issue a refund to you in the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges will take approximately 5 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Your bank or credit card company will take additional 3 to 5 business days to process the refund.
To prevent fraud, all applicable refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will automatically apply the funds back to the credit card or PayPal account used when purchasing the items(s). Please note if you no longer have access to the credit card or account used for purchases, it will be your responsibility to contact your banking institution, credit card company, or PayPal to find out how to access the money that is refunded.
Return a Ring for the Resizing Service
We offer Free ring resizing service within 45 days from the date of shopping. After 60 days, we are glad to provide you a lifetime resizing service with no charge or at only a minimal cost, depending on the metal and initial size. Please contact our jewelry experts at 1-212-997-2528 to obtain a job number for the resizing service. We will also email you the job request form. Please ship the ring with the form via an Insured delivery service. All returns must follow the return instructions above. We will not be able to perform the service without the job number. Your return must be in its original, unworn condition. However, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange if:
- Items have been abused or modified
- Items have been engraved or resized
- Special orders made to customer specifications
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item as a result of an error on the part of My Love Wedding Ring, please contact us right away. We will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a full refund. However, if the merchandise is not found to be defective or incorrect, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
