US based customers:

Orders outside of the US are through International Checkout, a third-party service. Available payment methods through international Checkout are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB Card, Diners Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Money Bookers and SafetyPay.
2. What are the costs and options for shipping?
We offer Free Expedited Shipping on all orders in the united States.
Your order will be shipped and delivered Free via one of the following carriers and methods.
- Continental US: Free UPS, USPS, or FedEx: estimated to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Free UPS, USPS, or FedEx: estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders outside of the US are through International Checkout, a third-party service. The shipping cost will be varied depending on the shipping destination.

In the event that you may need your order to arrive faster than the method specified above, we offer the following shipping upgrades for a minimal fee. This service is only applied for Domestic Orders. Please contact our Customer Service at 888-636-1688 prior your purchase to confirm the delivery.
Next Day Shipping: you may upgrade the shipping method at checkout for $9.50
Saturday Delivery: if you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, you may upgrade the shipping method at checkout for $20.00.
Note: Saturday Delivery may NOT be available in some areas, please contact our customer service representative prior your purchase to confirm the delivery.

3. Why is signature required for delivery?
Signature requirement is for your protection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. However, it is our responsibility to ensure you do receive your valuable purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package. Signature required upon delivery by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, regardless of any waivers you have from them. Please arrange for an eligible recipient available to sign for this package.
4. Will I be charged sales tax?
New York State residents are subject to sales tax. We are required by law to collect tax in states where we have a physical presence.
5. What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 45 days from the date of shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

6. How long will it take to receive my exchange order?
Once we receive the returned item(s), you should receive the exchange item(s) within 5-7 business days. We will contact you as soon as we can if the exchange item(s) are not available.
7. How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, My Love Wedding Ring will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order at all times until your package reaches your door. At My Love Wedding Ring, we value your purchase and its safe arrival; therefore, a signature is required upon delivery, please arrange an eligible recipient to sign for the package.
8. How do I determine my ring size?
There are 2 easy ways that you can determine your ring size. You can request a free ring sizer from us. We will mail a free plastic ring sizer to you within 5 to 7 business days once we receive your request. Or you can print out the ring size guide from our find your ring size page. International ring size chart is also available for international shoppers. In our jewelry education center, you can also find the necklace guide and earrings and bracelet guide that will help you to determine which size or length of jewelry is perfect for you or your loved one.
9. How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
One of our missions is to deliver your order as quick and efficient as possible. In any event that you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us at 888-636-1688 or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. According to our 45-Day Return and Exchange Policy, you can simply return the item to us if you are not complete satisfied with the purchase.
My Love Wedding Ring reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

11. How will my jewelry be packed?
All My Love Wedding Ring jewelry is presented in an elegant jewelry gift box and a jewelry polishing cloth is supplied for ongoing care of the item.
